Mommy Meet Ups are gatherings created for pregnant and postpartum Black mamas to connect, reflect and be supported in community.

While our signature Mommy Meet Ups are typically held in person, January is dedicated to connecting from home — offering flexibility, access and care without the need to travel. Our gatherings are designed to support pregnant and postpartum Black mamas during a season that can feel full and demanding.

These sessions create space for honest conversation, reflection and community connection with mamas who understand the realities of pregnancy and early motherhood.
