Spacing

A mom is 3 ½ times more likely to have an infant death if she has one baby too quickly after the last. Her body needs time to heal. At least one year is ideal. Help mom plan.

Smoking

A baby is 44% more likely to die if their mom smokes while pregnant. Help a pregnant woman you know quit smoking by calling 1-800-QUIT-NOW with her. Some moms are eligible to earn money for going through the program.

Sleep

Safe sleep means that a baby always sleeps alone, on their back and in a crib. Local families bravely share their story of infant loss and recommendations for keeping your baby safe during sleeptime in this video. Help us spread safe sleep education.
